With a passion for real estate and a wealth of experience spanning over three decades, I have been a dedicated property owner and manager since 1995. Starting with the purchase of my first building, I have continually expanded my expertise across various facets of the industry, including remodeling, mortgages, insurance, flipping properties, and mobile home parks.
Throughout my career, I have grown my portfolio to serve over 160 tenants, demonstrating a commitment to quality housing and excellent management. My hands-on approach and comprehensive knowledge have been key to my success and growth in the real estate market.
Recently, I have expanded into the vacation rental space through my sister company, Anchor Down Rentals, further diversifying my portfolio and offering memorable experiences for travelers. I am dedicated to building a stronger team and enhancing my services, with a focus on providing exceptional properties and customer satisfaction.
