With a passion for real estate and a wealth of experience spanning over three decades, I have been a dedicated property owner and manager since 1995. Starting with the purchase of my first building, I have continually expanded my expertise across various facets of the industry, including remodeling, mortgages, insurance, flipping properties, and mobile home parks.
Throughout my career, I have grown my portfolio to serve over 160 tenants, demonstrating a commitment to quality housing and excellent management. My hands-on approach and comprehensive knowledge have been key to my success and growth in the real estate market.
Recently, I have expanded into the vacation rental space through my sister company, Anchor Down Rentals, further diversifying my portfolio and offering memorable experiences for travelers. I am dedicated to building a stronger team and enhancing my services, with a focus on providing exceptional properties and customer satisfaction. My ongoing commitment to growth and excellence makes me a trusted leader in the real estate community.

With over six years of experience in the real estate industry, I bring a unique and comprehensive perspective as both a seasoned property management professional and a commercial real estate appraiser trainee. My mission is to uphold the highest standards of professionalism while promoting a positive, trustworthy image of the property management industry. I strive to be remembered for my dedication, reliability, and results-driven approach in every aspect of local real estate.
Throughout my career, I’ve thrived in dynamic, multi-faceted environments that have allowed me to develop a diverse and adaptable skill set. My expertise includes customer service, budgeting, marketing, finance, project planning, property management, accounting, and bookkeeping. These capabilities have consistently helped streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction.
Among my key accomplishments, I have been able to successfully reduce operating expenses through strategic vendor negotiations and was honored as Property Manager of the Year by the Pennsylvania Apartment Association in both 2022 and 2023.

Now expanding my focus as a commercial real estate appraiser trainee, I remain committed to ongoing professional development and delivering exceptional service in every role I undertake.
